This vibrant commemorative ribbon was issued to delegates from Indiana attending the 24th National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR), held in Boston on August 12, 1890. Featuring bold red and gold silk with gilt lettering and a striking GAR emblem, the ribbon proudly displays “INDIANA” above “24th National Encampment,” with “Boston, August 12, 1890” below.
