33rd National Encampment Philadelphia Souvenir Badge – Inventory Number: VET 073 / SOLD M eda l with red, white and blue ribbon backing.  Top bar is embossed with the word, “SOUVENIR”.  The red, white and blue ribbon is attached to this.  Suspended from the ribbon is a round badge.  A laurel wreath encompasses a gold plated center with insignia.  The reverse has the likeness of the Liberty Bell, it is marked “ SCHWAAB S. & S.
