Militia Eagle Plate – Inventory Number: BEL 254 / SOLD Outstanding example of the 1840’s – 1860’s used militia Eagle waist belt plate.   Constructed of stamped brass, this militia panel plate bears a spread-winged eagle at center with a single star on the top section of the shield on his chest. Eagle is surrounded by a thin border with 12 five-pointed stars intertwined with a garland of oak leaves. Inventory Number: BEL 254 / SOLD
