Model 1840 Cavalry Saber – Inventory Number: SWO 183 / SOLD Heavy Cavalry saber known as the wrist-breaker.  This example is complete with its original leather and wire wrapped grip and scabbard.  Scabbard body has been painted for display in a GAR Hall.  The makers mark at the ricasso is: “GG. & crown”.  Inventory Number: SWO 183  / SOLD
