Monuments of Washington’s Patriotism – Inventory Number: HIS 181 / SOLD Monuments of Washington’s patriotism: containing a facsimile of his public accounts kept during the Revolutionary War; and some of the most interesting documents connected with his military command and civil administration; embracing, among others, the Farewell Address to the people of the United States.  Printed in 1844, the book has an inscription to Phillips read second lieutenant, third regiment, US infantry, dated 13 July 1867 wonderful steel engravings throughout and facsimiles of Washington’s Documents.
