New York Officer’s Hat Insignia – Inventory Number: INS 222 / SOLD Very rare example of the New York State seal hat device is mounted on its original black velvet field with tin backing.  Reverse retains a pair of brass attachment pins and paper lining.  Old paper label which accompanied the insignia reads: “Gran Fathers – War”.  Exceptionally rare N.Y.
