Description

SNY Belt Plate – Inventory number: BEL 261 / SOLD Scarce example of the 1839 pattern small S.N.Y. Belt Plate.  The face is beautiful and shows no discoloration or wear with a crisp “SNY” stamping.  Reverse has 100% of the lead fill with both the single arrowhead hook and tongue present.  This example was originally part of the collection of Bill Gavin, noted author on Civil War Buckles.   Inventory number: BEL 261 / SOLD
