Very Early Gang Mold – Inventory Number: BUL 452 / SOLD A hand forged gang mold. They were supplied to trading posts and Army forts. During slow times employees or troops were expected to cast bullets to supply troops and the Indians. 1810-1830. This large, heavy iron mold was fashioned with 14 cavities for .44 caliber roundballs.  The condition is excellent for the age.  A very nice and interesting early gang mold.   Inventory Number: BUL 452 / SOLD
