White House 1950 Renovation Gavel – Inventory Number: POL 386/ ON-HOLD With Wood Relic Certificate of Authenticity This unique gavel was crafted using original White House wood and belonged to Cape May, NJ Court Judge Jonathan Woodnutt Acton, Jr. The original pine wood was removed during President Harry S. Truman’s ca. 1950 White House renovation.
