Abraham Lincoln - Inventory Number: POL 243 / Sold

This is a handsome antique English Staffordshire bust of President Abraham Lincoln, dating to the mid-to-late 19th century.  Lincoln’s face is hand painted with very fi8ne detailing, particularly his eyes.  His cheeks and lips are rosy, and his hair is gray.  Lincoln had on a deep cobalt blue waist coat, a yellow vest decorated in an intricate squiggle-pattern, and a black scarf.  It measures approximately 9 ¼” tall, 5 ¼” wide.
