Marital pinfire revolver, based upon the patents of Casimir and Eugene Lefaucheux was one of the most modern and advanced handguns to see use on the battlefield during the American Civil War.
This Model 1854 Lefaucheux Revolver is a 12mm Pinfire. Barrel length is 6”. Bore has very good rifling. Action works perfectly. Grips are very good plus to excellent. Gun is marked on the frame C. Lefaucheux Bte a Paris. It would be tough to find a prettier example.
