Belt with U.S. Plate - Inventory Number: BEL 113 / SOLD

Very nice U.S. regulation belt plate with strong amounts of gold gilt finish.  The reverse of the buckle is outfitted with arrowhead pattern hooks and a beveled tongue.  The original leather belt is sound with moderate crazing, markings are still visible on the leather.  The soldier has added a few hole for the tongue device, most likely for when being worn with an overcoat.  Nice example.
