Civil War Binoculars - Inventory Number: CAM 434 / SOLD

Original Civil War field glasses.  These are the rare sharkskin covered models with blackened finish.  These examples were the highest of quality and cost in the period.  They retain great clear optics.  Contained in their original brown leather case is in solid condition with red velvet lining.  The lid bears the owner's initials "W.A.S." embossed on the lid.  The case retains the original strap as well.  Wonderful complete examples of Civil War field glasses.
