Civil War Cigar Case - Inventory Number: MIS 222 / SOLD

Constructed of leather and tin, this Civil War travelling cigar case is a classic wartime example.  The bottom “cup’ device features exposed lead solder with a flat bottom which fits with friction to the leather body.  A wonderful example from the 1860’s.
