Civil War Snare Drum - Inventory Number: MUS 141 / SOLD
Nice example of an original Civil War drum which is full height of 18” with a width of 16” The drum was restored by Walberg and Auge of Mass. after the turn of the century. The bottom head is a newer replacement with the original flesh hoop left on the body if someone wishes to complete the restoration. The rims have original black paint. The ropes and ears are original as well.
