Civil War U.S. Regulation Holster - Inventory Number:  HAN 201 / SOLD

The classic holster of the American Civil War. This example would accommodate a variety of large frame revolvers, notably the Colt and Remington “Army” .44 caliber revolvers. The leather remains in good condition and supple, with some crazing to the body and finish loss on the flap. The belt loop and closure tab are intact and strong. The plug at the muzzle end of this holster is no longer present. A well displaying example for your Civil War army revolver.
