    Confederate Cavalry Saber - Inventory Number: SWO 094 - SOLD

    Wonderful "crude" example of southern workmanship.  This saber features an oversized sand cast pommel cap, with oilcloth wrap and iron wire.  The blade is constructed with an unstopped fuller.  Possibly a product of the firm Kraft Goldschmidt & Kraft of Columbia, S.C. based on the swelled angular grip design.
