Confederate North Carolina Button - Inventory Number: CON 284 / SOLD

Local manufactured North Carolina 23mm two-piece coat button. The face shows a worn die strike with a purple patina and small traces of gilt. The back is blank and has a bent but intact soldered shank. This variety is listed as NC210 in Tice’s button book. A nice example of a Confederate manufactured North Carolina button.
