Confederate Officer's Epaulettes - Inventory Number: CON 213 / SOLD
These gold bullion shoulder epaulettes with original case were from the estate of Confederate Richard E. Mudd, an Assistant Surgeon who was detailed to Andersonville Prison in Georgia.
Case is constructed of steel with an embossed five-pointed star device with raised medians enveloped in a circle with smaller circular impressions in field surrounding the star.
