Early 19th Century Bayonet Scabbard - Inventory Number: BAY 217

Early 19th century American militia bayonet scabbard.  The leather has a fair amount of its original finish, with an embossed foliate design on the flat side of the scabbard.  Measures 15" in length.  A nice early scabbard to accompany a Brown Bess, Charleville, or 1795 Springfield bayonet.
