Very nice two part Infantry Eagle “I” coat button with backmark, "D. EVANS & CO. / (star) ATTLEBORO (star) MASS (star)".  Die pattern features, eagle's outstretched wings are orderly structured and symmetrical, neck is long, head is cocked sharply, three tail feathers are symmetrical.
