Georgia State Seal with which was adopted by state legislature in 1799.  Three pillars supporting an arch, bearing the words, "Constitution," with banners wrapping the pillars with  the words, "Wisdom," "Justice," and "Moderation".  Backmark: Van Wart & Co.
