Gunpowder Tin - Inventory Number: BUL 475 / SOLD

Screw-top, flattened oval, japanned container with a small, milled-edge, spool-shape cap. Made in three pieces, the body has one vertical folded seam at side and the low-domed, stepped shoulder and flat bottom have folded edges. Cast threaded opening is soldered at top center. No marks. Very clean example.
