Horn Whistle - Inventory Number: MIS 209 / SOLD

This is a rare horn alarm or battle whistle. Used by both sides and the Army and Navy. Officers needed something that would pierce the sound of battle to signal their troops.   This one is in good condition. The dried pea rattler is still present and produces a loud whistle when blown.
