This original linen sack was discovered with a small horde of a rare confederate buttons brought back by a veteran and undiscovered for nearly 160 years. This sample retains a portion of the original paper label, less the engraved figure, the text reads: Smoking Tobacco - Danville, VA.
An absolutely incredible confederate camp item for an officer or enlisted display. This is the only example we have ever had to offer.
