Louit Freres & Company Mustard Jar - Inventory Number: 061 / SOLD

This barrel mustard bottle is a relatively early example embossed horizontally on one side between three sets of rings with "LOUIT FRERES & CO./ BORDEAUX".  This bottle is made of clear glass and stands 5" tall, it has an applied collar top and a rough pontil scarred base.  The front of the bottle is embossed.  The jar has numerous tiny seed bubbles in the glass. The jar is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs.
