Massive Stag Handled Bowie Knife Joseph Rogers - Inventory Number: EDG 099 / SOLD
15” overall with a 9 ½” clipped point blade. The original stag handle is in very good condition with no chips, one hairline crack ¼” behind a rivet. The blade is bright with some marring from use, ricasso area is marked Joseph Rogers and sons of Sheffield. Original German silver mounted leather scabbard with stud device for affixing to belt. Stitching is lacking from the seam and leather is supple. A very nice large knife.
