Large muster roll of Company K, 3rd Maryland Infantry, Potomac Home Brigade, from October 31, 1864 to December 31, 1864. The roll is filled out by Captain John W. Dodson, commander of Company K, and endorsed by Colonel Charles Gilpin. The document lists the names of 63 members of the company, as well as 3 deserters. One man is listed as killed; John F, Grey, died of wounds received at Berryville on August 13, 1864. The document unfolds to 30” by 21” and remains in very good condition.
