Original Civil War Federal Regulation Chevrons Artillery Corporal - Inventory Number: INS 377 / SOLD

This pair of rarely encountered Civil War, Corporal of the Artillery chevrons remain in near unused condition. The bright red worsted wool taping retains vivid color; these chevrons are attached to a blue wool field, via red thread, partially hand sewn and partially, treadle machine stitched. Civil War artillery chevrons have always been difficult to find.

Comes housed in a 12 x 16 inch display case with red velvet backing and descriptive card.
