Rare Civil War era paymaster’s wallet. Full leather construction with embossed US 50 cent piece depicting an eagle. 7-fold design with inked alphabet on interior strap which was deigned to organize payees’funds. Complete with its original long wrapping and closing strap. Good condition overall with leather wear present on upper left corner.
