    James Cole Auctioneer peremptory sale of 400 valuable building lots in the 9th ward of the city of Brooklyn belonging to David S. Mills, Jr. James Cole will sell at Auction, on Wednesday, July 25, 1849, at 12m. Frame measures 16” x 20 ½”. A wonderful early broadside of that would make an incredible display piece in Brooklyn where this plate would now be in the hundreds of millions of dollars!
