South Carolina Relic - Appears to have been fashioned from melted bullets in a bucket and flattened on one side. The other side of the melted lead has been inscribed with a Palmetto Tree. Recovered from a South Carolina camp. Possibly used to mark tent or gravesite. Talc powder was placed in the etching to highlight the detail, can be wiped off. Measures approximately 3 5/8" x 4 5/8" wide at the bottom edge.
