U.S. Army Colt .44 Caliber Gang Mold - Inventory Number:  FIR 166 / SOLD

Forged iron gang bullet mold with six conical .44 caliber cavities. 13” in overall length. Each arm bears a “T” military inspector marking. Smooth hardwood handles with brass ferrules. These were used by U.S. Army gunsmiths to produce bullets in large quantities. One of these gang molds was issued for every 50-100 Colts ordered. A scarce mold to display with your Colt Army or Dragoon.
