New York GAR 30th Annual Encampment Delegate Ribbon - Red ribbon with eagle pin bar.  Measures approximately 8 1/2 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide.  There is black print on the body of the ribbon.  "30th Annual Encampment DEPARTMENT OF NEW YORK, Grand Army of the Republic." The likeness of the Soldiers and Sailors' Monument in Utica, New York appears beneath these words.  Under the monument the following is printed, "Tuesday and Wednesday, May 19 and 20, 1896 Utica, N. Y. DELEGATE."
