Cased Ivory Grip “Pinfire” Revolver - Inventory Number:  HAN 226 / SOLD

Wonderful Ivory gripped 9-mm, 6-shot pinfire revolver manufactured by St. Etienne arms. Markings on the right side of the frame are “FABRIQUE DE STETIENNE” and on the left side MOUVEMENT AGIER. The cylinder is stamped “ACIER FONDU” (cast steel). The barrel and frame are blued, and the frame is case hardened. The trigger is a folding one and the revolver loads by pulling down on a lever that allows the barrel and cylinder to move forward. Front sight is present. Grips are a beautiful pair of ivory with even color and only one small age crack. This revolver has a large percentage of the original finish and is housed in its original green velvet lined presentation case.  The case is constructed of dark hardwood with brass inlays and partitions for the revolver and ammunition.
