Civil War brooch measuring 1 1/8” by 7/8” with T-bar style pin back. The brass oval frame of the brooch houses a gem sized tintype of a Union soldier wearing a frock coat and cravat with tinted cheeks. A wonderful piece of Civil War jewelry honoring a loved one off to war.
