Civil War soldier’s skillet measuring 8 inches around, with a 7-inch handle. The skillet is accompanied by an old, type written tag. “Cartridge case and skillet used in the Civil War carried by Josiah on the march to the Sea with Sherman in 1863.” A great part of the soldier’s kit from an infamous Civil War campaign.
Tag comes housed in a 5 x 6 inch display case with black velvet backing and descriptive card.
