The distinctive “triangle base” bullet excavated from Confederate sites throughout the south. They were .69 caliber and likely imported into the Confederacy from France for use in large bore muskets. This example non fired and has a slight flat spot near the nose and a push to the skirt. A unique Civil War bullet.
