Expertly executed combination of dead and bright bullion with a higher lofted center border, the field is constructed of a deep blue velvet in near pristine condition, mounted with a pair of gold oak leaves, signifying the rank of major. These would be an excellent addition to any insignia collection or the perfect finishing touch on a double-breasted frock coat.
