Soldier’s Carved Pipe / Sold

Exquisite hand carved pipe from “Lookout Mountain” - This burlwood bowl features raided lettering with a large sweeping accent on the bottom of the bowl.  The rim has a decorative “egg and dart” pattern carving.  The bowl shows evident of being used frequently, but no damage.  The long stem retains its original bark covering and is outfitted with a rubberized and braided extension with hand carved mouthpiece.  Excellent example of soldier’s art and personal camp gear.
