    American Bible Society 1864 printed Testament with a tag on the inside of the front cover from the Bible House, Baltimore. The tag is filled out by Albert S. Haak and provides identifying information in the event that the soldier “should die on the battlefield or in hospital.” Albert S. Haak enlisted on 7/16/64 in the 195th Pennsylvania, a 100-day regiment that guarded bridges at Monocacy Junction and later the B&O Railroad in West Virginia. A great personal item carried by a Civil War soldier.

    Enlisted on 7/16/1864 as a Private.

    On 7/16/1864 he mustered into "B" Co. PA 195th Infantry

    He was Mustered Out on 11/4/1864 at Harrisburg, PA
