Document Regarding Two Missouri Men Arrested for Selling Liquor to Slaves – Inventory Number:  DOC 285 / SOLD
Document in ink on blue stationery regarding the State of Missouri charging William Moore and John McKenzie for selling liquor to slaves. The two men are fined $100 are directed to appear before a judge in Lincoln Circuit Court in April. The document is dated January 10, 1855 and measures 8” by 10”.
