Officers Sword Belt Plate – Inventory Number: BEL 581  Classic wartime example of the 1851 noncommissioned, officers sword belt plate.  Stunning non-excavated example with high relief eagle featuring a one piece, silver wreath with the median rays of the sunburst design, extending downward beneath the wreath as prescribed for noncommissioned officers. Complete with its original matching keeper device. A hard to improve upon example of an 1862 produced beauty.
