Pair of Rhode Island G.A.R. Badges – Inventory Number: VET 226 / SOLD Exquisite gold gilded example, hand engraved with colored enamel.  Babbitt “Post No. 15″, Bristol R. I. Reverse of suspension bar reads: Maker C.F. Irons – Providence R.I.”.  Second badge is constructed of copper  and bears the likeliness of Benjamin F. Davis Dept. Commander 1890.  The reverse reads: “R.I Delegation to 24th Natl. Encpt. – Boston – Aug. 1890 – G.A.R.” Inventory Number: VET 226 / SOLD
