Huddy and Duval were known to foster the Spirit of Patriotism essential to the preservation of Citizen Soldiery through their art.  1841 lithographic print titled Camp Lafayette at York, PA, August 1841, by Huddy & Duval of Philadelphia.  Upper portion of the sheet shows colored print of Governor David Porter reviewing the troops.  Bottom text portion details various units and their commanders.  Image was published in the U.S. Military Magazine.  Image measures 16" x 12", frame measures 19 1/2 x 16"
