Civil War Eagle Breast Plate, Recovered from North Lawrence, Ohio - Inventory Number: REL 131 / SOLD

This original Union eagle breast plate was recovered from North Lawrence, Ohio. Featuring the classic spread-wing eagle design, this stamped brass plate with lead-filled backing was once affixed to a soldier’s crossbelt. The plate exhibits heavy field wear, with two attachment holes at the top and a portion of the rim damaged—typical of relics exposed to the elements for over a century.

A storied battlefield artifact perfect for collectors of dug Civil War relics or Ohio Civil War history.

Comes housed in 6 x 8 riker display.
