Civil War Regulation Army Cup - Inventory Number: CAM 393 / On-hold
An awesome example of the regulation army cup soldier’s initials stamped onto the handle “D.S.D.” with period serifs. This style is pictured early in the war produced under government contract and issued to soldiers. This cup being the standard federal pattern from the beginning of the war. Constructed of tinned iron sheeting, the cup is roughly 4 inches tall and 4 inches wide, with crimped seams and a handle secured with wires to prevent it coming apart over a hot campfire. Would look wonderful displayed with a canteen or plate.
