Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver with Holster - Inventory Number: HAN 191 / SOLD

Colt Model 1849 pocket percussion revolver with matching serial numbers for the year 1873, the final production year for this model. The 4” barrel has a single New York address. The stagecoach scene on the cylinder is faint but remains visible. "COLTS/PATENT" marked on the left side of the frame. The metal finish has a deep gray patina. The hammer and cylinder hold on all positions, but the timing needs a little work. The original holster is in good, supple condition and is only missing the closure tab. A well displaying Colt pocket revolver.
