Maine Staff Officers Coat Button - Inventory Number: BUT 132 / SOLD

Maine State Seal with backmark of : "Scovill MF'g Co./Waterbury."  Device is the Maine coat of arms, with the motto, "Dirigi" at the top, and a star above the motto.   The word "MAINE" at the bottom.  Backmark of "Scovill MF'g Co./Waterbury." Shanks is upright and tight.  A very nice example.  Alberts' ME1.
