"New Jersey" Marked Bullseye Canteen - Inventory Number: CAN 159 / SOLD

A very nice Civil War concentric ring "bullseye" canteen with its' full complement of cover, strap, stopper, and chain. Condition is excellent. In addition, it has been stenciled “New Jersey” on the sling indicating ownership and issuance to the state of New Jersey. One of the nicest issued examples of a Civil War canteen I have seen in some time.
